Call it cosmic, call it futuristic, but also call it soulful. N.E.R.D.’s newest single “Hynoptize U” produced by Daft Punk carries a Motown meets space shuttle feel. Pharrell sounds like a Sly Stone android as he sings, “Let me get close, let me hypnotize you/ I can make your storm feel sky blue.” N.E.R.D.’s fourth album Nothing is slated for a November 2nd release.
